Sticky Fingers. The brownie has advantage on Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) checks made to steal objects.

Innate Spellcasting. The brownie's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 12). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: minor illusion, prestidigitation

1/day each: invisibility (self only), faerie fire

Actions

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage.

Pixie Dust (Recharge 5-6). The brownie tosses magical dust at one creature within 15 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed or frightened (brownie's choice) for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Description

Brownies are diminutive fey creatures known for their sticky fingers and mischievous nature. Standing no more than a foot tall, they delight in pilfering shiny objects and causing harmless (usually) chaos. Despite their troublesome reputation, brownies can be valuable allies when properly motivated—often with promises of treasure or appealing to their sense of adventure. They live in small communities and communicate in high-pitched, rapid speech.
