Three cards. Three streets. Everything you need to know is in how they bet.
Heads Up Major Arcana Chips
The Deal

Both players ante. The deal alternates each hand. Each player receives three cards over three rounds, with a betting street after each.

Non-dealer acts first on every street.

The Three Streets
The Shallows one card, face-down
Each player is dealt one card face-down. Look at it. Bet.
The Current one card, face-up
Each player is dealt one card face-up. Both players see both. Bet.
The Deep one card, face-down
Each player is dealt one final card face-down. Look at it. Bet.
The Reckoning

Reveal all cards. Sum your three.

Highest total wins the pot.
The Fool is wild. The holder declares its value — anywhere from 0 to 21 — after seeing the opponent's full hand.
Tied hands — each player draws one card from the deck. Higher card takes the pot. If those tie, the pot carries to the next hand.
Betting

Standard action on each street: check, bet, call, raise, or fold. No limit on raises.

Position The dealer acts last on every street. The deal alternates. In a long session, the edge belongs to whoever reads better — not whoever holds the button.
